    The Ginter Park Branch offers one event space to the public. The Ginter Park meeting room has a capacity of 58 people and features a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, a screen, a lectern, 7 tables, and 50 chairs.

    Guidelines

    Guests are expected to configure tables and chairs, and also return them to their original configuration. Rooms are booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, and maximum of 2 months in advance.

    If you are using the meeting room, please ask your guests to consider carpooling or use adjacent street parking.
