Meeting Rooms

The West End Branch offers two meeting spaces: A meeting room with full presentation setup and a smaller study room that’s fully wired for presentation and collaboration.

Details

The West End meeting room seats 44 people; there are 9 tables and 50 chairs available. The room includes a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, a screen, and a lectern. The study room seats 6 people and includes a wall-mounted monitor, a fixed table, and 6 chairs.

Guidelines

Guests are expected to configure tables and chairs, and also return them to their original configuration. Rooms are booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, and maximum of 2 months in advance.
