Free Public Meeting Space Available

All of our Library locations offer free public meeting spaces. These rooms are available for educational, instructional, or civic programs when available. All meetings must be open to the public.

 

Event Spaces

Belmont

Meeting Space (Belmont)

Amenities: Lectern, ceiling-mounted LCD projector, screen, 5 tables, 20 chairs.
Reservations: Must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Broad Rock

Meeting Space (Broad Rock)

Amenities: 3 laptops, 7 tables, 40 chairs, ceiling-mounted LCD projector, pull-down screen
Reservations: Must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

East End

Meeting Space (East End)

Capacity: 48
Amenities: Projector, lectern, pull-down screen, whiteboard, 10 tables, 45 chairs. Laptop is available by request.
Reservations: Must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Ginter Park

Meeting Space (Ginter Park)

Amenities: Ceiling-mounted LCD projector, screen, lectern, 30 chairs, 7 tables
Reservations: Must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Hull Street

Main Branch

Annex (Main Branch)

Reservations: Must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
Setup: Guests are expected to configure tables/chairs, and return them to their default configuration.

Activity Room (Main Branch)

Main Branch

Study Rooms can be reserved up to seven (7) days in advance.
Reservations are limited to two (2) hours per day for each individual or group.
