Details

The Ginter Park Branch offers one event space to the public. The Ginter Park meeting room has a capacity of 58 people and features a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, a screen, a lectern, 7 tables, and 50 chairs.

Guidelines

Guests are expected to configure tables and chairs, and also return them to their original configuration. Rooms are booked a minimum of 2 weeks in advance, and maximum of 2 months in advance.

Parking

If you are using the meeting room, please ask your guests to use the adjacent overflow parking so that all library visitors can park safely.  The lot is free and there is no time limit on parking in that lot.

Recently renovated Ginter Park branch features an engaging children’s corner with educational computers, homework computers, a reading nook, blocks, and puzzles.
