Thursday, January 29: All Richmond Public Library locations will open at their regular hours and close early at 5:00 PM.

Wednesday, January 28: The Main Library will open at 9:00 AM as a public warming center. Regular library services and all other locations will open at 12:00 PM. All locations will close early at 5:00 PM.
