Grandparents’ Day celebrates the love between grandparents and grandchildren. This year, it occurs on Sunday, September 8, 2024. There’s no better way to celebrate such a holiday than by cozying up with a few good books and bonding through a love of stories!
We have a variety of picture books all about children and their grandparents. We’ve included several of our favorites below. Come in and check them out today!
Looking for more ways to celebrate? Join us for a special Grandparents’ Day Storytime at Main Library (101 E Franklin St) at 3 PM on Sunday, September 8. We’ll read books, sing songs, play with bubbles, and complete a special picture frame craft.
