All Richmond Public Library locations will close at 1 PM on Wednesday, November 25. All locations will be closed Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27 for Thanksgiving Day. Our regular hours will resume on Saturday, November 28.

All Richmond Public Library locations are now providing Express services with computer access by appointment. Visit our Reopening Page to learn more about our phased reopening plan and what services are expanding.
