Effective September 23, 2021, and until further directed, all city employees, contracted vendors, sub-contracted employees, and visitors are required to wear a mask while working or visiting any city owned or operated facility. Masks shall be worn, covering both the nose and mouth, regardless of vaccination status.

The City of Richmond’s Office of Community Wealth Building and Richmond Public Library bring career planning services and job training to your local neighborhood: resume and interview help, employment search, supportive services plus more!

Beginning on October 26th, OCWB Barrier Navigators will be regularly stationed during the week at various libraries to meet with people seeking assistance with employment and training. Walk-in or call for an appointment: 804-646-6464
